We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Restaurant Team Leader to lead our restaurant teams and deliver exceptional service across a range of unique dining spaces. From laid-back breakfasts to elegant tasting menus and private events, enjoy variety and of course that fabulous view!

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver seamless, guest-focused service across restaurant and event spaces
- Support and develop the team through training, mentoring, and daily leadership
- Contribute to product knowledge sharing and service standard implementation
- Maintain a high level of hygiene, quality control, and health & safety practices
- Help drive strong financial performance through upselling and effective planning
- Liaise with the kitchen and wider F&B teams to ensure efficient, collaborative service
- Be a visible leader on the floor, especially during peak service times
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role in hospitality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for team development
- Clear communicator and confident decision-maker
- Committed to maintaining high service and cleanliness standards
- Willing to learn, grow, and adapt within a dynamic hospitality environment
