Red Hotels are looking for a Restaurant Team Leader to help lead our fabulous team and support our Restaurant Managers deliver service excellence.
Our Team Leaders ensure the cheerful and professional delivery of all service aspects to the required standards for restaurant and surrounding areas including events on a daily basis by inspiring and enabling the team and leading by example.
We are looking for someone who is experienced but also willing to learn, is self-motivated, works in a clean and tidy manner and is able to help lead and develop our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivery of exceptional hospitality
- Delivery of product knowledge and standards training to Restaurant and Bar hosts
- Positive financial performance of Food and Beverage sales
- Train, evaluate, mentor and ensure high quality performance our team
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, cellar management.
You must be passionate about delivering consistent, impeccable service and hospitality to our guests whilst reflecting our relaxed approach.
