Responding to guest requests with care, and passing on any feedback during shift handovers
Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring follow-ups are complete and communicated to guests
Using basic computer skills and sound numeracy to manage admin tasks reliably
You’ll need to be physically fit, as the role involves moving around the hotel grounds that are built into a steep hillside. There’s also nightly cleaning and tidying throughout the hotel to help prepare everything to be perfect for our early risers.
As part of this role, completing a first aid course is essential and mandatory, these certifications ensure you're fully equipped to keep our guests and team safe at all times.
