At Scarlet and Bedruthan Hotels, our Night Porters are the custodians of our spaces, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and welcoming while the world sleeps. You will see the evening service out, working across reception and public areas ensuring our guest needs are exceeded. Then as the hotel sleeps you will provide security and a reassuring presence for our guests, maintain immaculate public areas, and prepare the hotels for the day ahead.

You will bring calm confidence, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality to your work. Whether assisting a guest late at night or making sure the spaces sparkle by morning, you will deliver service that feels personal, warm, and reassuring.
What will you be doing?
- Evening Front of House service at reception and across our public areas
- Maintaining public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and care
- Providing warm, thoughtful assistance to guests if needed during the night
- Monitoring the hotels to ensure safety and security
- Preparing spaces for the morning team and communicating any issues clearly
- Taking responsibility for the overall upkeep of our properties overnight
Who are we looking for?
You will be:
- Experienced in a similar night role
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently across two hotels
- Warm, professional, and able to deliver high-quality hospitality service
- Detail-focused, calm under pressure, and solutions-led

- Permanent contract for a 40 per week
