You will work across both Scarlet and Bedruthan hotels, guiding guests through carefully curated lists, leading tastings, and helping create a relaxed but refined atmosphere. Whether you’re already WSET qualified or just starting out, we will help you grow with full support and training.

What will you be doing?

• Creating bespoke wine pairings and experiences for dinner and events

• Leading small group tastings and intimate conversations about wine

• Guiding guests through a list of 150+ old-world wines rooted in sustainability

• Providing warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey—from welcome to farewell

• Supporting wine education within the wider Food & Beverage team

• Developing your own wine knowledge through training and qualifications

Who are we looking for?

You will be:

• Passionate about wine—whether experienced or eager to learn

• Curious, confident, and able to connect authentically with guests

• Naturally warm and thoughtful in your service approach

• Excited to work with ethical, environmentally conscious wine producers

• Calm under pressure and comfortable working across both hotels
