Reservations - Spa
Both spas at Scarlet and Bedruthan are Ayurvedic-inspired, drawing on the wisdom passed down over thousands of years and adding their own Cornish twist. As part of our central reservations team you will guide the guests from the first enquiry, to closing the sale, bringing our spas to life through stories of relaxation and unwinding.
Key Responsibilities as a Reservationist include:
- Confidently speaking to customers about the spa journey and selling spa therapies and experiences for both hotels.
- Processing online bookings and handling enquiries and bookings over the phone
- Managing the diary to maximise bookings and creating reports on those we have received
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional service at all times
- Working within our central reservations office at Bedruthan Hotel & Spa
To fulfil this position, we are looking for someone who:
- Has similar experience with customer service, client bookings and diary management
- Has a positive, warm, friendly and the ability to build genuine relationships
- Is comfortable working with technology – full training on booking systems will be provided
- Is motivated to succeed, hit targets, and encourages and celebrates fellow team member’s success
- Demonstrates good organisational skills
- Has excellent spoken and written English skills
An interest in holistic therapies is desirable, but you will be educated on the exciting world of our Spas.
