What do we want?
We’re looking for an experienced, warm, and engaging Yoga & Wellness Instructor to join our spa team, delivering inspiring yoga and wellbeing experiences for hotel guests in our beautifully designed spa environment. This is a highly guest-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys teaching, educating, and building genuine connections, while also supporting the commercial success of the spa through confident guest engagement and recommendations.
Shifts are 7:45am to 12:45pm. Weekends are essential. We are happy to look at part time and full time hours for the right candidates, with an ideal start date end of March 2026.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Deliver a varied programme of yoga classes, from slow and restorative to dynamic styles
• Lead breathwork, partner yoga, and self-massage education sessions
• Facilitate talks and workshops on yoga, Ayurveda, self-care, and lifestyle practices
• Support guests with cold-water immersion experiences
• Provide 1:1 yoga and wellbeing sessions
• Confidently recommend spa treatments and wellness services
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to therapists and the wider team
• Support spa operations and step into guest-facing host-style duties when required
• Actively engage with guests and guide them towards suitable wellbeing experiences
Qualifications:
• Qualified Yoga Teacher (minimum 200-hour qualification) — essential
• Pregnancy yoga qualification — desirable
• Strong understanding of Ayurveda and the doshas — desirable
• Experience teaching a variety of yoga styles — essential
• Experience in a spa, hotel, retreat, or wellness environment — desirable
• Comfortable working mornings and weekends as part of a rota — essential
